Micromachined Haircell Sensor
A micromachined artificial haircell sensor. The cilium has been magnetically assembled and is 820µm tall. The piezoresistive strain gauge in the beam base is 5µm wide, effectively 150µm long, and has a nominal resistance of 3 kohm.
