Polymer Tactile Sensor
A flexible polymer tactile sensor. The sensor is fabricated on polyimide and bonded to copper leads on a flexible liquid crystal polymer substrate using conductive epoxy. The sensor and substrate materials have excellent mechanical properties and resistance to chemical attack.
