MNTR Research Group Focus

The micro and nanotechnology laboratory focuses on microscale and nanoscale fabrication technology, bioinspired sensors, and multiscale integrated systems.  We conduct research on fabrication technology across nano-micro-macro scales.  For microfabrication, we have access to a world class clean room facility at the University of Illinois.
