Passive Parallel DPN Array

We have designed and built parallel arrays of dip pen nanolithography (DPN) probes.  The largest size of array we ever built consisted of 1 million probes with 100% yield.  The parallel array can be used to produce multiple copies of identical nanoscopic features with high throughput.
